Your information and request channels
YANORA INC provides account data controls and privacy-request intake for Yanora AI. Available legal rights depend on applicable law and the information involved; the Privacy Policy describes collection and processing. A request channel also allows assistance when the self-service controls do not cover the issue. Yanora AI is for adults who are at least 18 years old. Eligibility restrictions do not remove applicable privacy rights or prevent assisted requests.
Use Account → Profile for access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy requests. People without account access can use the privacy option at support form or email info@yanora.ai. A public report does not independently authorize release of an account’s information.
Viewing and correcting information
Account settings show supported profile fields and permit corrections. Email changes use the account verification process. Creation history, Library, subscription management, and billing history show the corresponding owned service records.
Use a correction or privacy request for information you cannot change directly. Identify what is inaccurate and the relevant record without sending unnecessary identity documents or information about other people.
Verification and secure request tracking
Account requests are bound to the signed-in account. Sensitive export and deletion requests use a purpose-bound email code. Codes have limited validity and attempts; account credential or session changes can invalidate authorization. If delivery fails, the request remains tracked and a resend can be attempted.
Guest reports use a secret receipt token for that report’s status and an email code to confirm the contact address. Keep the receipt private; it does not grant account access. If you lose access or a technical limit prevents a valid request, contact info@yanora.ai for assisted verification. Verification must be proportionate to the request and applicable law.
Available account exports
After verification, the export function provides selected owned-record metadata in ten sections: profile, generations, media, payments, subscriptions, credits, credit ledger, refunds, requests, and agreements. Records are paginated, and the authorized export window is limited. Download media files separately through Library.
Exports exclude authentication secrets, unrelated records, protected template references, private routing information, raw external job payloads, storage keys, and signed access links. The creation cutoff is set at verification, while existing values reflect current records; this is not an atomic historical snapshot.
The self-service export does not include every independent processor record, infrastructure log, backup, or media byte. Contact us for a broader applicable request or an export that cannot be completed through the browser. Appropriate redaction can protect other people and restricted information.
Requesting deletion and confirming fulfillment
Submitting and verifying a deletion request starts review. It does not erase an account, remove every media copy, or confirm completed fulfillment. The request status and response communicate the actual decision and actions; unresolved work should not be described as complete.
Deletion review considers related account and creation records, media references, shared or retained assets, active processing, billing and agreement evidence, legal obligations, and external processing. Completed actions and any lawful retained categories and reasons must be identified. Retention exceptions do not authorize retaining unrelated information indefinitely.
Media, processors, and recovery copies
Media can be associated with multiple records or a retained creation. Removing a browser conversation, a history display, or a public example does not necessarily delete its underlying storage. Expiring a download link only ends that link’s access.
Applicable deletion requires assessment of linked storage, versions, recovery or backup copies, and necessary requests to external processors. An independent sign-in or payment account is not automatically erased by a Yanora request. We do not promise immediate deletion from every independent service or claim that a status update performs these operations.
Financial records, legal obligations, and account access
Some information may need retention for financial accounting, agreement evidence, fraud and security investigation, dispute resolution, legal claims, required reporting, or other applicable duties. Any exception is assessed against the request and communicated as appropriate.
Account deactivation retains records and disables access; it is separate from a deletion request. Neither deactivation nor deletion intake cancels recurring billing. Manage subscription cancellation separately through Account → Subscription or request assistance if you cannot access it.
Applicable rights, agents, and follow-up
Where applicable law provides access, correction, deletion, portability, sale or sharing opt-out, sensitive-use limits, or appeal rights, you may request them through the available channels. Authorized agents may contact us with appropriate authority. Opt-out or limitation requests must not be subjected to an inappropriate account or verification requirement.
Request clocks, permitted extensions, and lawful exceptions depend on the applicable right. We may ask for clarification and provide an appropriate explanation of a decision or extension. Contact info@yanora.ai if a control, delivery issue, account restriction, or accessibility barrier prevents a request. Exercising a legally protected privacy right does not justify unlawful discrimination.
Protecting requests and contact
Requests and exports use account ownership checks and restricted administrator review. Guest receipt secrets are hashed on the server and excluded from URLs. Verification attempts, request size, and frequency are bounded. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card credentials, or unnecessary third-party information.
