About Yanora AI and these terms
YANORA INC, a California corporation operating from Los Angeles, California, United States, provides Yanora AI at Yanora AI. In these terms, “Yanora,” “we,” and “our” mean YANORA INC. “You” means the person using the service or the organization that person is authorized to represent.
Yanora AI provides image and video generation, supported reference uploads, creation history, a personal media library, templates, monthly and annual subscriptions, and one-time credit purchases. These terms work together with the Subscription and Billing Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Content Ownership and Licensing Policy. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling; accepting a contract is not consent to optional tracking.
Eligibility and account registration
Yanora AI is exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old. Use the service only when you also can lawfully enter into the applicable agreement and use its features. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate registration and contact details and keep them current. Parental permission does not create an exception to the adult-only rule.
New registration through email and password or available Google or Apple sign-in requires an age-group declaration. Under-18 declarations are rejected before a new account is created. This declaration is not identity verification or independent proof of age. Do not misrepresent your eligibility or bypass these controls. Contact info@yanora.ai for assistance concerning an existing account.
An existing account with unconfirmed age is not automatically deleted or treated as underage. A declaration or authorized eligibility review can record whether further review is needed. An under-18 declaration or confirmed ineligible decision restricts new generation and purchases while preserving supported sign-in, recovery, privacy requests, owned subscription cancellation and billing assistance. Review does not confiscate credits, cancel recurrence, refund a payment, or erase records; those matters require their separate lawful processes.
Your account and security
Protect your password, email account, sign-in credentials, and access to shared devices. Do not share another person’s account or misrepresent your identity. Tell us promptly at info@yanora.ai if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We may ask for proportionate verification before changing account access or releasing personal information.
Account deactivation disables access and retains account records and media. It does not cancel recurring subscriptions or confirm deletion. Use Account → Subscription to cancel renewal and Account → Profile for a deletion request. If you cannot sign in, use support form or email us for assistance.
Generation requests and service availability
Generation uses your prompt, selected model and settings, supported uploaded references, and any selected template. Capabilities, supported formats, durations, audio options, and output sizes vary by workflow. Review the controls and credit quote before submitting a request.
External AI processing providers and storage or network services are involved in processing and delivery. A request may be queued, rejected, delayed, interrupted, or require reconciliation. A displayed processing estimate is not a guaranteed completion time. Check creation history before resubmitting an uncertain request to avoid creating another job.
Uploads and permission to process content
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit your prompts and reference materials, authorize their processing, and use the result. This includes copyright, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, and voice or likeness permissions. Do not upload material you are prohibited from sharing or unnecessary sensitive information.
Submitting content authorizes the hosting, copying, transmitting, processing, and displaying needed to perform your requested workflow and provide your account history and media library, including processing by necessary service providers. This permission does not transfer ownership of your existing material to Yanora or authorize unrelated people to use it. Information handling and retained records are described in the Privacy Policy.
Generated content and intellectual property
Review results before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. AI results can be inaccurate, biased, unexpected, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for the intended purpose. Generation does not establish copyright protection, exclusivity, ownership of depicted material, permission to use a person’s likeness, or freedom from third-party claims.
Rights in your existing content, administrator-supplied templates, platform software, and generated results are distinct. A subscription or credit purchase does not transfer platform or template ownership. Commercial use depends on the rights in the inputs, the result, applicable law, and any restrictions applicable to the selected feature. See AI Content Ownership & Licensing Policy.
Responsible use
Follow Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use Yanora for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, exploitation of minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, threats, unauthorized impersonation, malicious activity, or bypassing safety or security controls.
Do not evade account restrictions, abuse generation interfaces, interfere with other users, obtain private media without authorization, or misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence. Applicable legal disclosures and genuine content provenance must be respected.
Subscriptions and payments
The purchase screen identifies the selected plan or pack, price, currency, billing interval, credit allocation, and available payment method. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Recurring-charge acknowledgment is obtained separately from agreement to these terms before hosted checkout.
Payment processors confirm payment and recurrence. A return page alone does not establish that payment succeeded. Access, credits, refunds, and disputes depend on verified billing records. Review the final payable amount and any applicable tax information in hosted checkout before authorizing payment. See Subscription & Billing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation, billing assistance, and credit treatment.
Credits and pending generation charges
Subscription allocations and purchased credits are separate. Annual plans fund monthly allocations rather than an unrestricted annual balance. Subscription allocation credits expire at their allocation-period end and do not roll over. The current purchase flow shows a ninety-day validity period for purchased top-ups; any nonwaivable expiry, redemption, or refund protections remain applicable.
Generation can reserve credits while its outcome is verified. Available, reserved, used, and disputed amounts have different meanings. A released reservation or restored generation credit is not a refund of money. Do not assume that an uncertain job has failed or that a pending balance is available to spend.
Cancellation and ending service use
Cancel an owned recurring subscription online in Account → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the verified subscription state; eligible paid-period access can continue through its displayed end. Canceling does not itself request or grant a refund. Request billing assistance if the control fails or you cannot access your account.
You may stop using the service, deactivate access, and separately request deletion. These actions have different consequences. Suspension, deactivation, or deletion intake must not be relied on as confirmation that external recurrence has stopped. Use the cancellation process and retain the resulting status or confirmation.
Service restrictions and account actions
Access can be limited by account status, verified entitlement, available credits, security concerns, legal obligations, or applicable use restrictions. Authorized administrators can investigate reports and restrict or restore account access. We may need to preserve relevant records for security, legal claims, or required reporting.
You can request review of an account or content decision through support form or info@yanora.ai. Provide the relevant decision or generation reference and explain the issue without sharing credentials or illegal content. Account restrictions do not automatically determine refund eligibility or remove legally available remedies.
Copyright and safety complaints
Report suspected infringement through support form or info@yanora.ai using the information described in Copyright & DMCA Policy. For harmful content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or exploitation concerns, use the content-report option and identify urgent safety when appropriate.
Reports are tracked for authorized review. Report submission is not an automatic takedown. Copyright counter-notices, court orders, urgent removal, and preservation obligations require the relevant legal and factual assessment. Do not submit copies of suspected illegal material in an ordinary support message.
Service limitations, responsibility, and remedies
Yanora does not promise a particular aesthetic result, uninterrupted generation, a fixed completion time, exclusive content, or that every result is accurate or copyrightable. The AI Disclaimer and Limitations explains practical limits; it does not excuse misleading service descriptions or conceal known defects.
Responsibility for losses, warranties, refunds, and other remedies is determined by the applicable agreement and law, including protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or creates a fixed monetary liability cap. Tell us about a service defect or billing error so the relevant records can be investigated.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
Mandatory laws applicable to your use, residence, transaction, and rights continue to govern. YANORA INC’s California incorporation and Los Angeles location do not take away protections that otherwise apply to you.
Contact info@yanora.ai with the relevant account, transaction, or generation reference to seek assistance with a dispute. This contact process does not require mandatory arbitration, waive access to a competent court, or prevent contacting a regulator or exercising a nonwaivable remedy.
Policy versions and changes
The effective date, last-updated date, and version identify the published terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or appropriate contact channel where required. A changed version is not treated as previously accepted, and historical agreement records are preserved.
Any required acceptance for new activity remains separate from existing subscription management, privacy requests, export access, and reporting. Review the published version and the purchase disclosures that apply when you use a new feature or place an order.
