Different materials have different rights
YANORA INC provides generation tools; use of Yanora AI does not collapse the rights in prompts, uploaded references, existing works, templates, software, or generated results into a single ownership rule. This policy explains those distinctions and should be read with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Yanora AI is for adults who are at least 18 years old. Adult eligibility does not establish rights in submitted material or consent from a depicted person.
A paid plan, successful generation, saved file, or technical ability to download is not proof of copyright, an exclusive license, permission to use a depicted person, or unrestricted commercial rights.
Your prompts and uploaded materials
Rights you already hold in original prompts, uploaded reference files, and other materials remain distinct from the processing permission needed to use the service. Yanora does not obtain ownership of your existing material merely because you submit it.
You must have authority to submit the material, allow the requested processing, and use the result. Rights can belong to another creator, employer, client, depicted person, or licensor. Account ownership does not establish ownership of every reference file.
Permission needed to run the requested workflow
Generation and library functions require hosting, copying, transmitting, processing, and displaying supported content, including transmission to necessary external AI processing services and storage infrastructure. The Terms of Service describe the operational permission associated with submission.
Privacy and security controls are separate from intellectual-property ownership. Do not submit confidential or restricted material when its contract or applicable law prohibits external processing. External processing practices are described by category in the Privacy Policy.
Administrator-supplied templates and references
Templates and showcased examples can include platform or third-party material and private processing references. Selecting a template does not transfer its source files, prompts, music, software, or underlying rights to you. Protected administrator references are not part of your account export.
Use a template within the feature and restrictions actually offered. A resulting media file can still involve protected composition, likeness, branding, or other material. Do not assume an example proves permission for advertising, endorsement, redistribution of source assets, or every commercial purpose.
Generated outputs and copyright uncertainty
Copyright protection depends on applicable law and any qualifying human authorship, rather than payment or the number of prompts alone. A machine-generated result may not have copyright protection, and human edits or arrangements can require their own analysis.
Results can be similar to another user’s output or an existing work. Yanora does not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, complete originality, non-infringement, or a legally enforceable copyright in every result. Use of the service does not transfer rights Yanora does not hold.
Commercial use and permissions
Before commercial use, check rights in the inputs, identifiable people, brands, music, templates, and generated result, along with restrictions applicable to the selected technology and feature. A subscription is not a blanket commercial-use clearance or an indemnity against third-party claims.
Where you already have the necessary rights and the feature’s applicable terms permit the intended use, using Yanora does not itself remove those rights. If permission is uncertain, obtain the appropriate license or legal assessment before distribution, sale, advertising, or other consequential use.
People, protected works, and provenance
Obtain any consent or lawful authorization required for a person’s likeness, voice, privacy, or publicity rights. Do not use generated media for nonconsensual intimate depictions, misleading endorsements, impersonation, or exploitation. AI generation does not cure a rights violation.
Respect copyright notices, attribution requirements, and genuine provenance. Required machine-readable origin information or user-facing disclosure must not be removed simply to obscure how content was created. An “AI-generated” label does not replace required permission or validate content accuracy.
Platform software and third-party technology
YANORA INC and relevant licensors retain their rights in platform software, interface assets, trademarks, and supplied material. Access to the service does not transfer those assets or grant a right to reproduce protected software or privately supplied references.
Third-party technology supports generation. Availability in Yanora does not establish a direct commercial relationship between you and each technology owner or identical licenses across models. Applicable restrictions must be respected; contact us about an unclear use before relying on an assumed permission.
