Understanding generated results
YANORA INC provides generative image and video tools. Results are produced through probabilistic systems and depend on prompts, references, selected settings, and supported technology. A request does not guarantee a particular identity, scene, composition, detail, motion, or factual statement. Yanora AI is for adults who are at least 18 years old. The eligibility rule does not establish consent, rights, or reliability of a generated result.
A realistic appearance does not make an image or video authentic evidence. Results can be inaccurate, biased, inconsistent, unexpected, or unsuitable. Review both the visible content and how it will be described to its audience.
Quality and variation
Different models and settings have different capabilities, limits, sizes, durations, and audio or reference support. Similar requests can produce different results; repeated generations need not reproduce a prior output. A preview or template does not guarantee identical quality or composition.
Outputs can contain visual, motion, audio, or text errors. Review faces, hands, numbers, signs, synchronization, and other important details. Further editing may be necessary and can introduce new rights, accessibility, or provenance considerations.
Processing times, failures, and availability
Generation depends on external AI processing, network availability, supported inputs, and storage of the result. A job can be queued, rejected, moderated, delayed, fail, or require reconciliation. Processing estimates are not a fixed delivery guarantee.
Check job history before resubmitting an uncertain request. When available, retry saving recovers storage of an existing result rather than starting another generation. Report missing results or persistent errors with the generation reference, without exposing credentials or private access links.
Credit treatment and billing concerns
Credit accounting distinguishes reservations, verified use, released reservations, restored credits, and disputed funding. The result of an uncertain or failed request must be assessed from actual records. A failure message does not itself establish a monetary refund.
Use Subscription & Billing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for purchase and request information. An incorrect charge, missing entitlement, or misleading disclosure is not excused by ordinary AI uncertainty. Contact info@yanora.ai for investigation of the relevant transaction or generation.
Copyright, likeness, and disclosure
Generation does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright protection, freedom from infringement, or unrestricted commercial use. Similarity to existing works or other outputs is possible. Check rights in inputs, templates, depicted people, music, brands, and the intended use.
Respect required AI disclosures, attribution, and genuine provenance. An AI label does not establish consent, accuracy, or a license. Do not remove legally required origin information to mislead people or disguise how content was created. See AI Content Ownership & Licensing Policy.
Your review and appropriate use
Verify results before publication, commercial use, or decisions affecting people. Do not rely on generated media as professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential advice. Qualified human assessment can be necessary depending on the use.
Provide appropriate descriptions, captions, transcripts, or other accessible alternatives for your audience. Check privacy, confidentiality, consent, and applicable restrictions. You remain responsible for how you present and use content.
Consumer protections and contact
These explanations describe practical limitations; they do not waive mandatory consumer protections, conceal a known service defect, or exclude a legally required remedy. Contractual rights and responsibility are governed by the published terms and applicable law.
