Copyright concerns at Yanora AI
YANORA INC accepts copyright complaints concerning Yanora AI content and service use. Copyright ownership, authority to submit a reference, and rights in generated results are separate questions. See AI Content Ownership & Licensing Policy for those distinctions. Yanora AI is for adults who are at least 18 years old; an entitled rights holder or authorized representative can report infringement regardless of age or account access.
Use the copyright option at support form or email info@yanora.ai. Identify the content clearly and explain your authority. A general support report is not automatically a legally sufficient DMCA notice, and this policy does not claim a registered designated agent or guaranteed safe-harbor eligibility.
Information for a copyright removal notice
If you submit a notice under 17 U.S.C. §512, include enough information for the relevant work, reported content, and claimant to be identified. A notice should include all of the elements below. An authorized agent should explain whom they represent.
For multiple works, identify a representative list where the statute permits it. Supply a location that reasonably allows the material to be found; a vague statement that the service contains infringement may be insufficient. Do not send passwords or unnecessary copies of protected or illegal material.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or the permitted representative list.
- Identification of the material to be removed or disabled and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- Information reasonably sufficient to contact you, including an address, telephone number, and available email address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
Receipt, review, and content action
Reports are available to authorized reviewers and retain receipt and status information. We may need clarification to identify the material or assess a notice. Necessary urgent review can begin before completion of email confirmation. A receipt acknowledges intake rather than determining infringement or confirming removal.
Actual restriction or removal requires the relevant content ownership, facts, applicable law, and authorized action. Material associated with your own account, private media, and an administrator-published example can require different investigation. Account restriction alone is not removal of reported content.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may seek review and, where the DMCA process applies, submit a counter-notification. A generic appeal is not automatically a valid statutory counter-notice.
A DMCA counter-notice includes your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and the required federal-court jurisdiction and service-of-process consent. U.S. residents consent to the federal district where their address is located; people outside the United States use the district where the service provider may be found as provided by the statute.
Forwarding, litigation, and restoration
A valid statutory counter-notice may be shared with the original claimant as required by the applicable process, including its identifying and contact information. Consider those consequences before submission. Do not use a counter-notice when you cannot make the required statements truthfully.
Where 17 U.S.C. §512(g) applies, restoration generally occurs not less than ten and not more than fourteen business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice, unless the required notice of a qualifying court action is received. Applicable orders, legal duties, and independent service violations still require assessment. No automatic restoration timer is represented by the report form.
Repeated infringement and false notices
Repeat infringement can lead to restrictions or termination in appropriate circumstances. Reports and prior decisions must be assessed on their actual facts; a repeated allegation is not by itself proof that a reporter or user infringed.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can create liability under applicable law. Submit accurate information and seek qualified advice when ownership, authorization, fair use, or the statutory process is uncertain.
