Safety and prohibited content
YANORA INC’s Acceptable Use Policy prohibits unlawful generation, exploitation of minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, threats, fraud, infringement, unauthorized impersonation, and security abuse. Rules apply to prompts, references, generated material, and use of the platform. Yanora AI is for adults who are at least 18 years old. Safety reporting does not require an account or an adult-eligibility declaration.
AI processing systems can reject or moderate requests, but their controls differ. Yanora does not claim real-time monitoring, a universal detection system, or human review of every generation. Report harmful content even if a generation completed.
Report content without an account
Use the content-report option at support form or email info@yanora.ai. Account holders can also submit content or copyright requests in Account → Profile. Provide the content location or relevant generation reference, a concise description, and a contact method.
Select urgent safety for time-sensitive intimate-imagery, exploitation, or other serious harm concerns. Incoming reports are available to authorized administrators before email confirmation; the secret receipt permits secure self-service status access, while email confirmation verifies the contact address. It does not reset the original receipt time or determine statutory notice validity.
Nonconsensual intimate imagery
Do not request or distribute intimate depictions of a real person without the required consent, including synthetic or altered depictions. A person depicted, or an authorized representative, can report the relevant material and explain the lack of consent.
For a removal request under an applicable intimate-imagery notice process, provide a physical or electronic signature, information reasonably identifying and locating the material, a good-faith statement that the intimate depiction was published without the depicted person’s consent, and contact information. Do not attach or redistribute the imagery merely to report it.
Minors, threats, and urgent escalation
Report suspected exploitation involving a minor or another urgent safety concern with necessary location and factual information. Do not upload suspected child sexual abuse material or request copies through ordinary support. Required reporting or evidence preservation needs trained, restricted handling.
If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service. Yanora support is not an emergency response channel. Court orders and official legal notices require prompt assessment under their own applicable requirements.
Review and actual content action
Authorized reviewers assess the location, facts, account or content ownership, notice sufficiency, applicable law, and relevant use restrictions. They can record questions, decisions, responses, and review events. A reporter’s account is not assumed to own content merely because the reporter supplied its location.
Actual content restriction, removal, required known-identical-copy handling, preservation, or external reporting is separate from changing a request status or restricting an account. Closure of an urgent safety report records the actual action or a reasoned decision that no action is required, completion time, copy review, retained evidence and a restricted evidence reference. This record documents the reviewer’s work; it does not automatically remove content or prove every external action. Applicable law can require action on a valid notice or order within a specific period; a verification challenge must not delay necessary urgent review or recording completed work.
Restrictions, repeated violations, and appeals
Account or generation access can be restricted for security, unlawful conduct, or applicable policy violations. Repeated violations can affect continued access. A restriction invalidates account access but does not automatically cancel a subscription, refund a payment, or erase reported content.
Use the appeal option at support form or email info@yanora.ai to ask for review of a decision, including if you cannot sign in. Identify the decision or report and explain relevant facts. An appeal does not by itself reverse the decision or replace a statutory copyright counter-notice.
Copyright, privacy, and evidence
Copyright notices should include the information in Copyright & DMCA Policy. Privacy concerns and unauthorized exposure of personal information can be reported separately. Several processes may apply to the same material; label the concern accurately and provide necessary facts.
Review information is restricted to appropriate personnel and necessary processing. Avoid unnecessary personal information or illegal material. Keep your report receipt private and use the secure status process rather than publishing sensitive support communications.
Contact and follow-up
Contact YANORA INC at info@yanora.ai. Our business is located in Los Angeles, California, United States. Reports can be submitted at support form without an account. Retain the receipt so you can verify and track the report in the supported tab.
A submission acknowledgment means the report was received, rather than that removal or another remedy has been completed. Follow-up responses should identify actual action, a need for more information, or the decision and applicable review route.
