Responsible use of Yanora AI
This policy applies to Yanora AI accounts, prompts, uploaded references, generated media, templates, and service interfaces operated by YANORA INC. Use the service lawfully, respect other people’s rights, and follow restrictions applicable to the selected feature. You must be at least 18 years old to use Yanora AI. Do not misrepresent your age group, create an account after an under-18 refusal, or bypass eligibility restrictions.
A private generation or a realistic-looking result does not excuse harmful conduct. You remain responsible for permission to submit materials and for reviewing how outputs will be used. Content restrictions and technical capabilities can differ across generation workflows.
Illegal activity, infringement, and confidential material
Do not request, upload, distribute, or use material that violates applicable law or facilitates illegal activity. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade-secret, or other rights; bypass a rights restriction; or submit confidential material without authority.
Possessing an image or finding it online does not necessarily grant permission to process it or use its likeness commercially. Do not falsify license evidence or use a template as proof that every depicted person, work, or brand has authorized your purpose.
Intimate imagery and protection of minors
Do not create, alter, request, or distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery, including synthetic depictions of a real person. Do not threaten intimate-content disclosure, sexually exploit anyone, or create or facilitate sexual content involving minors or people depicted as minors.
Do not use the service to groom, exploit, endanger, or sexually impersonate a child. Report suspected exploitation or nonconsensual intimate content using the urgent content-report option. Describe the location and concern; do not attach or redistribute suspected illegal material.
Likeness, impersonation, harassment, and deception
Do not use an identifiable person’s face, voice, identity, or other protected attributes without the permission or lawful basis required for the intended use. Do not impersonate someone to defraud, intimidate, obtain access, fabricate consent, or create misleading evidence.
Do not make threats, target people for harassment, facilitate abuse or discrimination, or deceptively portray generated content as authentic proof of a real event. Required AI disclosures and genuine provenance must not be removed to mislead people.
Fraud, malicious activity, and unsafe reliance
Do not generate material for scams, forged records, unauthorized transactions, credential theft, malicious code delivery, or evading legal or security controls. Do not exploit the service to harm systems or obtain another person’s private media or information.
Do not represent an AI result as verified medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other consequential guidance. Review content before use and obtain qualified assessment where appropriate. An AI result is not proof of factual accuracy or permission to act.
Protecting service interfaces
Do not bypass safety filters, account restrictions, authorization, rate limits, credit checks, or generation admission controls. Do not probe for private credentials, internal routing, protected template references, or another account’s records. Do not automate abusive requests or interfere with service availability.
Use supported account and generation controls. Repeatedly submitting an uncertain job can create additional requests; it does not resolve the earlier outcome. Report a security concern to info@yanora.ai without accessing other users’ data or distributing exploit details publicly.
Review, restrictions, and appeals
Generation systems can reject or moderate requests, and authorized staff can investigate reports and restrict access. Safety controls differ by feature and do not guarantee that every prohibited request is detected. Yanora does not claim universal automated screening or human review of every generation.
Content and account decisions require the relevant evidence and applicable law; report intake does not automatically remove content. You can request review of a decision through support form or info@yanora.ai. Provide the decision reference and a concise explanation. Repeat violations and legally required action can affect continued access.
Report harmful or prohibited use
Use support form for content, copyright, privacy, accessibility, or appeal concerns, including without an account. Identify urgent safety for time-sensitive content concerns and supply the relevant location or generation reference. Authorized reviewers can see incoming reports before email verification is completed.
